Axolotls are endangered salamanders that can regenerate their limbs, eyes, and brains throughout adulthood. Axolotls are native to Mexico City, more specifically Lake Xochimilico and Lake Chalco. Unfortunately, these wetlands face problems such as pollution, drainage, and agriculture chemicals [1]. The wild population of our lovely amphibians has diminished to only 50-1000 adults in the wild [2]. Our goal is to be able to donate a large portion of our profits to MOJA AC, which assists in the creation of a conservation center in the National Park of Xochimilico.
